Always great service Stephanie did an awesome job at serving, food is good, and cheap for a after church or just simply hungry belly’s for brunch, lunch, or breakfast.

Service was super slow. Wife order a stuffed tomato with chicken salad. She got a frozen tomato with the ends chopped off an a glob of chicken salad on top. Waitress was slow. I guess if you don't have a choice an want something eat then eat here. There is better that's for sure. Wont be going out of my way to go back that's for sure.

The service is spectacular but the rest needs some work. My California omelette came out more like a scramble, the eggs were still somewhat runny and the veggies were not really diced. The fruit was warm and had a hair on the pineapple. The toast was not toasted. Unfortunately I would choose somewhere else instead of returning.

Amazing breakfast spot! I can't believe I've lived in Lake County for nearly fifteen years and had never heard of it! I will definitely be coming back-frequently. Our waitress had a great attitude regardless of the fact that it was six in the morning. She was able to tell us in detail about various menu items and had a really great sense of humor. The manager was also very pleasant and the restaurant was clean. The food was just as tasty as it looked and there were so many interesting choices that it made it really hard to decide which item to choose. My choice, the Applewood smoked bacon waffle looked very plain compared to my friends dishes, however as far as taste, plain it was not. It was so delicious! I had sausage links on the side as well and they were also great. The pricing was also very reasonable. This place gets an A+ all around. Side note, my friend's said their eggs needed a little seasoning, however with a dash of pepper they were good to go.

This is hands down the best breakfast place in the Gurnee area. Their pancakes are rich and fluffy. Their egg dishes are interesting and inventive. The service is so friendly and efficient, even when there's a wait list, it won't be long before you're seated. You will leave completely full, the portions are enormous.

This was a nice, local, breakfast place. Service was fast and friendly and we enjoyed our food. We came for breakfast while staying at Great Wolf Lodge, as the activities there don't open until mid-morning.

Excellent burger, 1/2 pound with egg and Hollandaise sauce. Sad had to eat out of to go container and plastic forks on patio due to Corona, not their fault but do think most restaurants using plates and real silverware, may be more work to sanitize but I expect when eating out.

I adore The Point. I come for lunch with my toddler and I never understand why it’s not always PACKED. We go out for pancakes somewhat frequently and this place has, by far, the fluffiest tastiest (and least greasy!) pancakes of anywhere we’ve been from here to Highland Park. It has a lot of great pancake varieties, too!

Love this place! They have outdoor seating g now due to COVID restrictions, but the food and service is excellent.

This site is my favorite restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a superb meal, this is the place that comes instantly to my head. outstanding and all sorts of food and a large menu.professional staff members, and pleasant vibes. And very important, the pay is reasonable. I suggest this place with great pleasure.

100% awesome, my new favorite restaurant. We both had breakfast absolutely cooked perfect, less than 2 minutes from time we ordered till hot food on the table. i just found out my husband left a 2 star review for our visit for our breakfast on 1/19/20. I just wanted to disagree and provide feedback on my experience. It was very busy and we had a group of 5 people. I thought the service was good. I kept raving about the hash browns, they were the best ever. My spinach and feta omelette was delish. My husband said the mushrooms in his omelette weren’t cooked. He should have sent his omelette back instead of going home and giving 2 stars! I love that guy but seriously!

First visit and most definitely not my last. Had their delicious, generous portion Mexican skillet. Taste of chorizo very authentic Mexican indeed and our server was a delight, despite being so early on a Sunday. ... couldn't help but see the same from the rest of the staff. CAN NOT wait to try more of their menu. Sad I'm so far away from their location. TRY IT!! guarantee you'll agree of my take on this great pancake house.

Delicious food and plenty of it! Wide variety of options with unique specials. Good prices. Excellent service. Consistent quality. I love the pumpkin pancakes and Mexican breakfast dishes. Each one, such a perfect combination of flavors. Servers make great suggestions. I don't love the dark, bitter coffee, but it's what I would expect in a pancake house. Why go anywhere else in the area?

Service was bad and breakfast came out fast but was ice cold.

Only a 10 minute easy drive from Great Wolf Lodge in Gurney, IL. Parking was easy in/out lot. Quick service and great food. The only negative was the gravy in my opinion way to much butter and came out of a package. The pancakes on the other hand were fantastic. Family of 5 ran us around $50

Really nice breakfast place. I tried the blueberry cream cheese pancakes upgrade to one egg breakfast, and wife tried skirt steak Benedict. Will be back.

Very good! Needed gluten free for one guest too. It was all good but our waitress was amazing. She refilled coffees with out having to hunt her down. She was very social, seemed to know a lot of people who came in. She made our experience even better.

First time going there (since COVID). Called ahead. 2 orders of eggs benny. Was ready when i pulled up. I always worry about the cooking of the poached egg. But git home and it was still hit and egg was cooked perfectly. Nice job.

The place offers a nice variety of fresh food. I enjoyed dining here. Employees are always very kind, pricing is fair and the spot is always neat.

Went here for the first time for the pancakes and lox’s. Was a little bit of a wait but the staff was very attentive. Our coffee, and food were both great! Our server was attentive and sweet, with fast service. Only thing was that it was very tight parking and hard to find a spot. Would recommend!
